1Where is Nourish Kitchen?

We are located in Al Khuwair, behind the Tulip Inn Hotel. Shop 7, located in the back side of a brand new, white multistory building. There is plenty of parking.

2What are the opening hours?

We are open 07:30-17:30 Sunday - Thursday

CLOSED on Fridays.

3Can we eat at Nourish Kitchen?

No - We do not currently offer a dine-in service.

We do however have a range of meals to take away if you’d like to pop by.

4How do I order?

WhatsApp us on 97025232 - this is currently the easiest way to order.

You can of course call us or come by the shop if you’d prefer to speak with our team face to face.

5Can I collect my food from Nourish?

Yes! The food is made fresh, packaged and chilled by 4pm daily.

Day 1 Food is ready for collection 16:00-17:30 Saturday or anytime the following day.

Day 2 on Sunday from 4pm or anytime Monday etc.

If you’d like to collect two days food at a time please come on Sun / Tues / Thurs 16:00 - 17:30.

6Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to most areas in Muscat. Please see the map for cut offs.

If in doubt then WhatsApp us your location pin and the delivery team will confirm.

7How does delivery work?

Delivery is charged per drop (1.5 OMR zone 1 or 2 OMR zone 2)

Up to you if you receive it daily, or group into 3 deliveries.

The food is made fresh, packaged and chilled by 4pm daily.

Available time slots are 4:00-5:30pm or 5:30-7pm the same day (Sat-Thurs)

OR we can deliver the following day in a 08:00-09:30 or 10:30-12:00 slot (Sun-Thurs only)

Grouped deliveries are available only on Sun/Tues/Thurs 4:00-5:30pm or 5:30-7pm.

If you are flexible on timings or can leave a cool box out for contactless delivery this is also a great help, our driver will simply inform you once the drop is made. We now also have Nourish cool bags for a small returnable deposit.

8How do I pay?

You can pay cash or card in store (Al Khuwair)

Or make a bank transfer or cash deposit to our Bank Muscat account, just WhatsApp us for bank details!

For ease of recording please include your name in the reference.

Please also send a screenshot of transfer so we can confirm you order ASAP.

9Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No - If you are not going to be home you have two options:

  1. Leave a cool box outside your door where the driver can leave your food.
  2. For a 15 OMR deposit we can provide 2 cool bags and several ice packs to alternate on deliveries.
10How can I subscribe to use Nourish cool bags?

For a 15 OMR deposit we can provide 2 cool bags and several ice packs to alternate on deliveries. On your first delivery a filled bag (and chilled ice packs) will be delivered to your door or designated space for you to take in as convenient.

On all subsequent deliveries you will need to leave the empty bag (and ice packs) outside for collection in return for the full bag.

At the end of your package, you will still have 1 bag and ice pack(s) in your possession. To claim back your deposit, you will need to return the items to our branch in Al Khuwair where a cash refund will be made. Our opening hours for this are 07:00-17:30 Saturday-Thursday

11How many calories are in each meal?

13Do you prepare meals to fit my own macros?

No - We do not currently prepare personalized meal plans.

We do however have many plan options available and you can mix and match as needed to meet your needs.

14Do you offer vegetarian/vegan options?

Our breakfasts and snacks are all vegetarian but not necessarily vegan.

We also offer vegetarian OR vegan lunch and dinner options.

15Can I choose my meals?

Yes and no – We generally offer a set menu on set days.

However, if you’d like only 1 meal per day you can mix and match between the lunch/dinner options to pick your favoured meal.

16Is Nourish food Halal?

Yes - All our meals and ingredients are 100% Halal.

17Is Nourish food gluten free?

Not necessarily – we can provide gluten free lunch and dinner options on request but it is not possible to prepare specific GF breakfasts and snacks.

18What if I don’t eat…?

If there’s ascertain food you don’t eat, we can make some changes to the menus dependent on request.

We can exclude or swap out some main ingredients i.e., red meat/fish/eggs, please check with our team on ordering.

19Can you accommodate for allergies?

We can accommodate for some allergies, please check with the team before ordering. However, if you have a serious allergy then please note that we cannot guarantee our meals to be safe for your consumption. Although we do our best to avoid cross-contamination our kitchen uses products containing: Milk, Eggs, Fish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soy, Celery, Mustard and Sesame. Ingredients may also contain other allergens from sources that we are unable to list.

20Which plan should I choose for weight loss?

This depends on many factors including your current lifestyle, weight, height, gender, food preferences and activity levels.

If you are unsure which plan to choose after reading the information available on our website you can book a nutritional consultation (online with Hayley who is a qualified nutrition and weight management advisor). This would be a 20-30 minute zoom call where you can discuss you current lifestyle and weight loss or general wellness goals. She can then calculate your calorie requirements and recommend the most suitable package.

There is a 10omr charge for the consultation, this would later be discounted from any 4 or 8 week package you choose to enjoy with us.

21If I eat Nourish food will I lose weight?

This depends on many factors including your current lifestyle, weight, height, gender, food preferences and activity levels. We cannot give you a magic number however, we do have many customers who have successfully achieved their weight loss goals, you can see some of their stories here.
